Cinnamon Graham Bars

(I found this recipe on the side of a cinnamon graham cracker box.)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups crushed cinnamon graham crackers (about 16 whole crackers)
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
sifted powdered sugar

Here's What You Do:
1- In large bowl beat butter and sugar until creamy.
2- Add egg, milk and vanilla and mix together
3- Stir in crackers crumbs, coconut and chocolate chips and mix well.
4- Spread into well greased 9x9-inch baking pan.
5- Bake at 350* for 25-27 mintues
